Children and teenagers aged 5–18. Training is grouped by age so every child works at the right level.

No. Beginners are welcome and all ability levels are supported across every programme.

Football, Badminton, Rugby, Table Tennis, Athletics and Field Events, Volleyball, Basketball, Taekwondo, Ballet Dance, Kickboxing and Baseball.

Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, at St. John the Cross Catholic Church, Egbo Uruagu, Nnewi, Anambra State.

Online through the registration form on the Admissions page, or in person at 201, Ikedife Plaza, Owerri Road, Uru, Umudim, Nnewi. You will need a passport photograph, medical report, birth certificate and parental consent.

Students are supervised during training, first-aid support is available, injuries receive first aid before doctor involvement when required, and students are insured during training.
